Agency role

We act as a freight forwarder. The final carrier, contract terms and pricing are confirmed for each shipment in writing.

Quote validity

Every written quote states its own validity period. If no period is stated, ask us to reconfirm before paying or booking.

Price basis

A quote is tied to the cargo details supplied. Re-weighing, re-measuring, customs findings or a changed destination can change the final cost.

Timing

Transit windows are estimates, not delivery guarantees, unless a written service term says otherwise.

What we don’t handle

We do not accept undeclared prohibited or restricted cargo. If you're not sure, ask on WhatsApp first.

Compliance

Dangerous goods, branded items and destination import rules must be declared before booking. We confirm acceptance case by case.
